MVMCloud may offer certain third party products and services. Such products and services may be subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party provider. Discounts, promotions, and third-party special offers may be subject to additional restrictions and limitations from the third-party vendor. You must confirm the terms of any purchase and use of products or services with the specific third party provider with which you are dealing.

MVMCloud makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality, availability or punctuality of goods or services provided by a third party provider and is not responsible for them. You carry out all transactions with these third party providers at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information about third-party vendors. MVMCloud is not an agent, representative, responsible or fiduciary of you or the third-party provider in any transaction.

MVMCloud may act as a reseller or licensor of certain services, hardware, software and third party equipment used in connection with the Services ("Non-MVMCloud Products"). MVMCloud is not responsible for any changes in the Services that cause any Non MVMCloud Products to become obsolete, require modification or alteration, or affect the performance of the Services. Any defects or defects of the manufacturer of the Non-MVMCloud Products sold, licensed or provided by MVMCloud to you shall not be considered a breach of MVMCloud's obligations under this Agreement. Any rights or remedies that you may have in connection with the ownership, licensing, performance or compliance of any Non MVMCloud Product are limited to those rights extended to you by the manufacturer of such Non MVMCloud Product. You have the right to use any Non-MVMCloud Product provided by MVMCloud only in connection with your use of the Services, as permitted under this Agreement. You make no attempt to copy, alter, reverse engineer or tamper with such Non-MVMCloud Product or otherwise use it in connection with the Services. You shall not resell, transfer, export or re-export any Non-MVMCloud Product, or any technical data derived therefrom, in violation of any applicable law, rule or regulation.

The Services may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by MVMCloud ("Third Party Sites"), as well as articles, photographs, texts, graphics, images, designs, sound, video information, and other content or items belonging to or derived from third parties ("Third Party Content"). We are not responsible for any Third Party Sites or Third Party Content accessed through the Services. Third Party Sites and Third Party Content are not investigated, monitored, accuracy, adequacy, or integrity by us. If you decide to access Third Party Sites or access or use any Third Party Content, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that our terms and policies are not more applicable. You should review the applicable third party terms and policies, including privacy practices and data collection of any site to which you browse.
